The Sylvia Beaufoy Centre is seen as an important centre for Petworth and the surrounding area and provides a valuable support network for young people aged 8 to 21. The Youth Club opens on 4 nights a week with a wide range of activities available including a games room, a music lounge, a recently refurbished kitchen and space for sports both indoors in our multi-use squash court and outdoors in our enclosed games court.
Last year the youth club entered 2 teams who raced cars at Goodwood racing circuit and Rockingham Motor Speedway. Both teams managed to qualify for the international final that was made up of just 95 teams, out of over 500 who entered that year. You can find out more about the Greenpower Educational Trust here https://www.greenpower.co.uk/.
